Christina, the building manager, is super personable and genuine. She's more like a friend than someone in charge of the building you live in. Her staff is friendly and they all look like they enjoy the work they do. The maintenance team responds within 24 hours and they are efficient and polite.

My FAVORITE part of this apartment is the central air. It works so well and fast! I haven't suffered any extreme weather conditions the whole 2 years I've lived in this unit because my place is always at 72F.

Another perk to the apartment is the club room. I've hosted a parties, ate BBQ on the patio, played pool with many different neighbors, and became friends with a couple few doors down from me, all from the club room. I've always wanted to live in a community where the neighbors are friendly enough to hang out together and I've found that here. If I wasn't moving out of the state I would've 100% renewed my lease.

I moved in to Point at 180 right after it opened and it has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. The building is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. Christina and the team do an amazing job managing the building and making sure everything is running smoothly. They are also really good at quickly responding to questions or concerns that may come up. Unfortunately, I am leaving Boston, which is the only reason I left the building. I highly recommend Point at 180!

Really enjoyed living in this building. Great management team, very accommodating, 15 minute walk to malden center train station, and only 15 minutes into downtown. On your walk to the building from the train, lots of great restaurants and a stop and shop. Loved my actual unit. It was a 1 bedroom with laundry in unit, bathroom with two entrances, and a big living room with an eat in counter to the kitchen. Very spacious. Building is also pet friendly. Overall great experience - highly recommend.

I have been living here for a year, the building is beautiful and clean, I love the patio area and the club room. Also, the building has a gym. The unit is big, everything is new, great windows, and the closets sizes are great. Christina and Danilo do amazing job. They are friendly and always help you in less than 24 hours. They really care about the building and the maintenance is really good.

The building- There are fewer than 50 apartments which means the gym, the common areas and the elevators are always available. Some places might have bigger gyms, but they also serve 400 units. The building has quality materials, The Anderson windows keep out the noise of the streets outside and i rarely hear my neighbors. The apartments are well laid out and nicely appointed. The heating is super efficient and my utilities are less than half of my last rental.

The Location- Stop & Shop, downtown Malden, Walgreens and the T are all within a 10 minuet walk. Assembly, Encore Wegmans, and Trader Joe's just a 10 min drive, another 5 minuets and your in the big city. The Northern Strand Bike to the Sea Trail is literally a snow balls throw away.

The Management- Danilo and Cristina are the best and easiest management team that I've ever dealt with. They are onsite and they make every request a priority. The few issues that have come up have been addressed quickly and communicated well. They keep the place clean and go out of their way to make this place feel like a community. I've lived here with my husband since the apartments first opened a few years ago. We love our apartment - it has everything we look for and I'm a professional interior designer! Our island is perfect for hosting guests, and for two people, there is the plenty of space and storage. There were a few hiccups in the beginning when the building was new (as there will be for most new construction), but we have no complaints and our concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

Have been a resident since January, couldn’t ask for a more comfortable place to be in 2020! Management is super responsive and accommodating. They almost always have staff present to answer questions or help resolve problems. The building is cleaned professionally every week, and now that amenities have opened back up with phase three I don’t have to leave the house!

Well designed building with fun shared indoor and outdoor spaces. Nice unit layouts, w/d is a must for me. Parking and close to T. Stop n Shop nearby and Boda Borg?? Will have to check that out. Christina in the office knows every unit and amenity, so helpful!

I love the building location, it is in a quiet, well kept part of Malden yet it is only 1 min from CVS, 3 min from Walgreens, 5 min from Stop n Shop and 7 minutes (walk) from the T station. It is also only 20 second stroll to the North Strand community trail and 15 minute drive to Revere beach. Wholly recommend adding it to your viewing list!!!

Stayed here for 1,5 years.Lovely memory.New building with modern indoor decorations.Love the quartz countertops which make everyday cooking enjoyable. The bay windows are also fantastic. I like to stand by the window overlooking the cars and pedestrians walking by.The property manager Christina and staff Nilo are super helpful whom I left as friends.During the pandemic I stayed here for extra two months at original rate otherwise I had to buy fly ticket in May which saved me thousands of dollars

I’ve lived here for 10 months, it’s been a good spot for the price. My old apt near Northeastern was small and old, for the same rent here got more space and way better finishes. Orange line makes it easy into the city, which was good pre-COVID. Malden Center neighborhood is pretty convenient and walkable -- restaurants and bars all around, bike path next door, and Stop & Shop and CVS just up the street.

If you don’t want street noise, go to Eastern Ave side of the building. Bldg management is responsive, I had a couple issues but were resolved pretty quickly both times, no complaints. Generally pretty quiet building. Mail room could use some more shelving it got busy at Christmas. Also an indoor dog shower would help, can’t use outdoor in winter.

Was tired of apartment hunting, Point@180 was last on my list for the day. Was able to do self-guided tour, which was great, I was done with agents. Met Danilo outside, and he had set everything up for me, really helpful. As soon as I got off elevator upstairs, my pet peeve was solved at Point at 180. I hate hate hate dim windowless hallways where like Vegas you can never tell what time of day it is – Point has huge window corner every floor so hallways have some natural light to come home to.

1BRs I toured three all had high ceilings, big windows, good closets/kitchen storage, W/D. Bath has two doors so you have direct connect in the morning from BR, but then guests don’t have to go through BR, good for when friends are over. Center common patio will be nice spot to hang out (when it’s not 95 deg like today!), gym size small but fine I won’t be using much, club room good as swing space if I need change of pace from working in my apt. Works for me, submitted app, smooth so far.

This is an awesome place to live. Specially the management is super helpful. Spoke with Christina before signing the lease. She was pretty thorogh with explaining everything and suggesting the better apartment that what I applied for. And she was right. I love the apartment and the small patio.

Danilo has been awesome and on top of everything. I needed a dolley to move some packages and a rug. He did provide me with that. I addition, he himself helped me get the huge/heavy rug into the apartment. They have both done way more than I can write at this time. Definitely recommend property.

I had been living in this complex for almost 2 years and just recently moved out because I bought a place. The staff is very attentive and solve any issues right away. Maintenance does a great job keeping the complex looking new and clean. I would definitely recommend these apartments to someone looking in the Malden/Medford area.

Been living here for a couple months now and I am enjoying the convenience, its close to everything and the T. Winter was a bit annoying with this being a new building the staff was prompt in returning my calls and accommodating me during this time.
